The extraordinary Earlshall House is very large and spacious with FOUR en-suite bedrooms and is located just a few minutes stroll from Fistral Beach and the surrounding beaches in Newquay.
It offers spacious and modern accommodation for up to eight people over two floors. With all four bedrooms, one on the ground floor, having en-suite bathrooms, plus parking for several cars — Earlshall House is the ideal place for families or for friends getting together.
To the rear of the house there is a large, enclosed, private, south-facing garden with wonderful country views towards Crantock — ideal for a summer BBQ and a chilled beer.
When the sun goes down you can wine and dine the night away at any one of a number of acclaimed restaurants including Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen at Watergate bay, or the outstanding Lewinnick Lodge with stunning views of the Atlantic coastline.
For a more informal dining experience Newquay boasts many cafes, restaurants and bars — all within walking distance.
Newquay itself has long been a popular destination and offers some of the country’s finest sandy beaches and all within easy walk from your front door.
The town centre is just a short walk and offers a vast selection of shops, restaurants and pubs to suit all tastes.
If you fancy a change of transport to explore the town, the land train stops just a stone’s throw from your door and takes in the whole of the town.
You can visit some of Newquay’s all year round popular destinations from Newquay Zoo, Waterworld, Blue Reef Aquarium, Dairy Land and many more.
Newquay is fast growing as a ‘foodie’ destination, with Watergate Bay just a short drive, home to Jamie Oliver’s restaurant and of course Rick Stein in Padstow or at the beach at Fistral.

ideally located with all you need
Because of a problem with our original accommodation, ew were relocated (with some additional payment) to Earshall. We were delighted with this!! Four bedrooms, all with ensuite, plus a separate toilet, ensured that there were no queues at all at pinch points of the day. All equipment was available, and the house was warm, with copious amounts of really hot, cleansing water. We identified what we thought was a problem, and the owner responded quickly and put our minds at ease. It is a five minute drive to Fistral, not far from Sainsbury's, or the rather tired centre of Newquay. A top quality accommodation.
Perfect stay for large family stay
Returned from our second stay at Earlshall. This property is perfect for a large family as all rooms have en suite's so no arguments over who is using the bathroom! Everything you need for a great stay when visiting Newquay. Location perfect easy walk to town and beaches.. Would definitely recommend this house.
Plenty of character
An incredibly atmospheric house with plenty of character. The week is up (sob) but the memories will live on forever. We came as individuals but thanks to the beautiful house and fantastic town of Newquay, we left as a collective. Thank you for welcoming us into this world - we will never forget it.
