We chose to stay at Linda’s primary due to its location which turned out to be perfect. we arrived parked our car and it wasn’t used again until we left the following week. House contained everything we needed and enabled us to have a very enjoyable stay in Newquay.

The house was in an amazing location and much nicer than I thought it might be. It felt cared for and not just a rental place and well maintained. Had everything we needed – would happily recommend.

The property was in an amazing location – very central to the beaches, bars and restaurants of Newquay. The house itself was a perfect size (for 6 of us), clean, well-kept, and very cosy. Would recommend for anyone wanting a break in Newquay.

If I were to do one I’d mark it as very good.

Enjoyed our stay in this lovely home, a little on the small side to sleep/house 8 grown ups but manageable. Two bathrooms were ideal. Great location. Had everything we could of needed for our stay – thank you Linda for letting us stay in your lovely home. X

Fab house in a fab location (although can be slightly noisy when the drunk partygoers walk home)!! Being able walk 5 mins to the various beaches is such a bonus with having its own parking spot behind. 

Lovely and spacious too. We all had a great week 🙂

This well equipped cosy cottage was fabulous for a family holiday in the summer 2020. We could walk to town beaches or Fistral in wetsuits with boards. The pizza takeaway at the end of the road was very convenient, as was the supermarket a little further. The cottage is well maintained and had a good outdoor decked area for washing and drying kit and doing some morning yoga.

Had a lovely holiday at Fishermans Cottage over half term,close to shops and beaches,supermarket close by,will book again,and would recommend.

Fantastic Location – Everything Provided and Pet Friendly
What a find this was……a lovely spacious house, literally 5 mins walk from Fistral or the centre of the “old Town”. Parking at the rear was an even bigger bonus.

Inside there is plenty of space and rooms! Upstairs, there are 2 double bedrooms and a single room with bunk beds. Downstairs in the back room is a sofa bed, (the room would easily be used as a bedroom but still wouldn’t impact on the living or cooking space.). There is a very small shower room and then a family decent sized shower room, all upstairs. In the cupboards there is extra bedding, ( incase of accidents) along with sheets, blankets, pillows.

The rooms are all modern looking and simply decorated. A modern kitchen with full size fridge freezer, hob, oven, microwave. Enough pots and pans to cook any sized meal. Glasses, plates, cutlery, but then the little touches, like containers for your sandwiches, tin foil, paper napkins, carrier bags, bin bags, toilet rolls…..basically everything you could think you would need was there for you already, including tea and coffee.

I had arranged a Tesco delivery for us arriving and with all the extra’s that were already there I felt at home straight away.

there is a smart tv in the main living room with free Wifi, which was fast and reliable.

Outside at the rear is a very small enclosed decked area, there is a table and chairs but to be honest we didn’t really sit there. Behind the decked area is the ample car parking space. There is a gate from the decked area which leads to the lane and then a 5 min walk to the beach. Oh a big thank you for the beach trolley, and the outside storage box for all our beach stuff. Washing line to hang wetsuits with a bucket and outside tap to wash them. Everything is there for a fantastic and relaxing holiday. That you so much guys

Had a great time and the location was fab. the house was well equipped
clean and comfortable. Small outdoor space but adequate and very welcoming for a drink outside whilst the sun was out.
Older children loved being able to walk into town day and night. would visit again.

nice clean tidy house, good location could not have been better. easy walking to all the beaches and town, no need to get the car out.

I would recommend this Cottage on location alone. with boards to carry we were only 5 minutes from Fistral beach.
the cottage itself was very quirky and homely. it suited our needs as there were two bathrooms with showers so we did not have to queue up.
the house was lovely and clean for our arrival and the instruction from NHR mant we could find it easy. would revisit this place.
