We had a lovely stay here. Easy to find, clean, tidy and spacious. Communication with property owner (Linda) was amazing, very responsive. Garden was not too dog friendly, had to take them out on a lead, but apart from that, would go back again. The best holiday let that I have stayed in. Lovely helpful host. Big bungalow, lots of space and very clean. Thank you.

The bungalow is lovely and big with plenty of room.   The kitchen is well stocked.  Beds are very comfy and plenty of seating everywhere. If your looking for peace and quiet and only a short drive to everywhere around Newquay and Cornwall you can not go wrong.

The bungalow is spacious with a nice layout. It should sleep 9 but there as only 7 of us so was just the job! The location is ideal for exploring everywhere in Cornwall or just popping into Newquay. It has a well equipped kitchen with everything you need which makes catering for yourselves a lot easier. Great communication from the company especially Linda, and a very reasonable price. Would recommend to anybody who likes the look of this place.

Lovely property and very well kitted out for families. As it was on the edge of holiday park we had the best of both worlds – lovely quiet location with spacious accommodation but we were able to buy guest passes and use the holiday park amenities too. Short drive to the beaches.

This is one lovely property.

Very spacious, all the amenities, facilities, utensils etc that you need. Very central for visiting other parts of Cornwall, such as St Ives, Padstow, Perranporth, to name a few.. we would have no hesitation in visiting this property again, which we hope to do in the not too distant future.

We stayed here for a week and it was marvellous. Spotless, well appointed, spacious, great location. Can’t fault it!

A great property for a larger family, plenty of room for the six of us, everything you need for your holiday is provided. A good base for visiting all of Cornwall.

Great spacious bungalow in its own ground with wonderful country views. We had sun all day long and it was lovely and peaceful yet only 10 to 15 minute drive into Newquay. The caravan site at the top was pretty handy for a few bits of groceries as they had a decent shop. The house itself has everything you need for a relaxed holiday, Being a family house having 2.5 bathrooms was great, The garage too was very useful for our bikes and surfboards, would stay again

The location was great away from the business yet only 10 minutes away. being all on one level with more than 1 bathroom was ideal. Some members of the family walked through to Porth Beach along the footpaths whilst the rest of us caught a bus 50 meters away, Great family house and would definitely recommend and will return.

he property is fairly modern with a nice layout. It say’s sleeps 9 but there were 7 of us and it was perfect! The location is ideal for exploring Cornwall for the day although fairly limited in terms of going for a walk, however this is solved by a 5/10 minute drive. The kitchen is very well equipped too, which makes catering a lot easier. Great communication from the company, and a very reasonable price. Would 100% recommend to anybody looking at this property.
