Great time at Ocean 1. We only had a few days so needed to settle in quickly, which was easy in this lovely apartment. No downsides, but best things: Clean and well equipped, so we could get straight into the holiday. Lift is very useful and a great luxury after a tiring day out. The view from the balcony is stunning, showing an expanse of sea as well as a clear view of the amazing sunsets. Easy walk, even with old dog and 5 year old child, to Fistral beach and Crantock via the ferry or low tide. Would definitely visit again if possible

Fantastic apartment in a great location. This place made our holiday that extra bit special, with its amazing sea view. Host – Linda was a Fantastic host, sending us all the information we needed and responded quickly to any questions we had. Great communication. Apartment – This place was lovely, very clean and had everything we needed and more. The views from the balcony were amazing and we loved enjoying a coffee each morning with a sea view and loved it more so in the evening with a sunset view over the sea. The bed was really comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The showers and water pressure were the second to non. The best showers we’ve ever had ?. Location – We chose this apartment for its location and it was great, less than a 5 min walk to Fistral beach and around a 15 min walk to the centre of Newquay. This apartment is also not far from Crantock beach which is so beautiful. We spent most of mornings exploring the area by foot and our afternoons on the beach, which was perfect. We did have a few day trips out by car and the place was very easily accessible to the main roads to do so. We would just like to say thank you Linda for hosting us and letting us stay in your amazing apartment. We will definitely be returning in the future. Xx

This property was in the perfect location for us as a family with a dog and only a short walk to the beach. We stayed for 3 weeks and had a cleaner & change of linen towels half way through which was perfect. There was a couple of things that needed maintenance which was dealt with very quickly. Overall a great holiday and a great apartment.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The apartment is really spacious and in a really great location as it is only a few minutes walk to Fistral Beech which was perfect for us and our dog. The apartment is well equipped with ample storage and as a Brucie bonus, the apartment has underfloor heating which made the stay really cosy, we loved it.

Great communication from the owner. The accommodation and location was better than expected. We couldn’t have asked for more! The apartment views were brilliant especially at sunrise and sunset. It is just a 15 minute walk into town and a 5 minute walk to the beach. What more could you ask for? We would definitely book again!

Nice apartment with great views and friendly service

The apartment is large, modern, friendly and nicely decorated. The view is great. We felt very comfortable. The care on site is super friendly.

Its in a great location very close to the beach by foot. We were there with our teenage son. perfect space for us all. Nice touches were the TVs in each room. the towels were good quality and the beds comfortable. Checkin was easy and any issues there was someone on hand by phone. Its a perfect location for all the amazing restaurants on Fistral Beach, A great view of the sea from the balcony

Excellent apartment. For a family of 4 this had everything we needed, comfortable beds, clean, great location, 5 minutes to fistral, secure parking, easy access. great self catering facilities.

Fantastic apartment!!! Internet photos do not do it justice. absolutely spotless with everything you could possibly need for a comfortablestayy. Great communication with booking and easy access on arrival with secure parking a bonus. Fantastic views over Fistral–we were blown away watching the surfers–Short stroll to Bhodis bar on the beach,where you can enjoy a leisurely drink and take in the incredible sunsets. Many thanks for a most enjoyable holiday, we sincerely hope to return one day.

What a fantastic apartment with views. Well equipped and finished to an excellent standard. the DVD and board game selection were very much appreciated after a day of exploring or attempting to surf.
would definitely be recomending and hoping to return soon.
